Qlife focuses on enabling tests at home. As a complement to tests in healthcare, access to important health information is facilitated, which can contribute to better treatment and potentially prevent diseases. Our product The Egoo, a small fist sized and portable device, analyzed testing is provided. The tests can be made from mouth swab, and takes 5-30 minutes for most tests. Results are qualitative on par with existing laboratory tests. The tests are run from a laptop and the results are shown instantaneously.

The position of Warehousing-assistant resides in the supply chain unit of our company, where you will be a part of a team of 7 colleagues as of date. You will be responsible for initial setup of the warehouse function, including process development, systems capabilities and workflow planning. It is only natural for us to see this position naturally evolve into our Warehouse/Logistics Manager, following the successful establishment of the initial warehouse function.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Handle goods received and incoming quality control.
Management of goods and warehouse on a daily basis, as well as storage optimization.
Handle shipping of goods and outbound logistics
The job will evolve over time and in the beginning there will be a lot of responsibilities and tasks regarding the initial planning of the warehouse and building protocol from the ground up.
Your daily tasks would include:
Ensuring that production is supplied with items needed from the warehouse.
Handle inbound goods and prepare them for incoming quality control review.
Making sure that goods released from incoming control is placed for stock.
Getting goods ready for shipment in order and packed, in close regards to related LOT/serial numbers to be used.
Booking outbound logistics through our transport partners.
Stock keeping and warehouse maintenance.
To succeed in the job, you need to have experience in establishing and managing/running a warehouse/logistics function. Preferably from the medical device or other regulated industries.

Can-do attitude and not afraid of taking the initiative
Has a natural focus for details, facts and numbers.
Have professional English language skills (written and spoken).
We imagine that your professional background is within transport and logistics with several years of experience, prior experience with establishing and developing a warehouse/logistics function will be an advantage, as well as:
Natural flair for working with IT systems
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision
It is important that you care about making our packaging and delivery best in class. It is important to remark that you will be expected to work with dry ice from time to time, as some products need this for packaging and shipping.
It is natural for you to take charge and you are proactive, good at prioritizing, planning, and keeping your warehouse in check.
