Qlife is an ambitious Med-Tech company focusing on clinical biomarker and virus tests. Complementing tests in healthcare, enabling tests at home will facilitate access to important health information, which in turn potentially can contribute to improved life quality, better treatment or prevent diseases.
Our product, Egoo.Health, is a small, fist sized, and portable device which analyzes tests. The tests are based on biological samples (blood, plasma or swabs). Depending on the specific test the time to result varies from 5-30 minutes. The test quality is on par with existing laboratory tests. The tests are run from either smartphone or laptop with the results showing instantaneously.
It is an option to share data with a GP, hospital, or other caregiver as long as it is in accordance with the GDPR regulation.
About The Department
The job as Technical Supporter belongs in the newly established Operations and Service department, which means that the candidate will be a part of building up the department structure and form.
Within the department, there is an emphasis on being quality-conscious and thorough during the completion of one’s tasks.
The Job requires a high level of discipline and customer-oriented focus. Qlife offer the opportunity to work from home and within flexible work hours.
However, the team needs to get together to become a dynamic and coherent unit, which requires physical attendance at the office in Ballerup on a frequent basis (minimum 3 out of 5 days)
It will be an exciting as well as important journey for Qlife and for the candidate to build this department up from the ground, and it is essential for the survival of Qlife that the work tasks are solved to gain more satisfied customers which also will help develop our products further.
The department has a high focus on customer satisfaction and cooperates closely together with sales. The department also has an exciting cross field between external customers and internal functions e.g.: supply chain management, production, R&D and the regulatory department.

As our Technical Supporter, you will be helping customers with technical tasks and challenges related to the Egoo.Health system, both on-site and online via video meetings.
Your tasks as our Technical Supporter would be to:
Assist our customers with their medical device, both on-site and remotely.
Selected corrective maintenance tasks.
Provide support to customers by telephone.
Complete support tasks, both on-site and remotely.
Handle customer complaints in close cooperation with the rest of the organization, especially with the regulatory area and with production.
To succeed in this job, the candidate must be educated within IT, either as a skill or a degree in IT (e.g., Bachelor of Engineering).
The candidate must also have experience with debugging and corrective maintenance of software and within technical support.
It is a plus if the candidate has previous experience with or an understanding for regulatory processes or the medical device area, as well as the ability to understand the complexity in such organizations and processes.

Possess solid knowledge within computers, e.g., various Microsoft Office programs.
Have a car available for transportation to complete support tasks for customers.
Are conversant in Danish and English, both written and verbally.
