BIOMARKERS
BLOOD, THROAT SWAB OR SALIVA TESTS
Today, you might have your blood work done once a year, or even less. Access to blood biomarker information is not easily accessible. Egoo plans on changing that, giving you new opportunities for monitoring your health and taking action
Egoo Health System gives you access to clinical biomarker information so that you can actively monitor specific conditions having to do with your heart, metabolism, diabetes thyroid or many other health concerns. Or perhaps you are just looking for reassurance that your health status is good and your values normal. We want the Egoo Health System available for everyone

BIOMARKERS

CRP
INFLAMMATION & DISEASE
PROGRESSION
CRP (C-Reactive Protein) measures inflammation and disease progression. CRP is not a specific disease rather it serves as a warning signal for other serious conditions. Inflammation is the body's attempt to heal itself after injury and defend itself against viruses or bacteria
Elevated CRP can be used as a predictor of cardiovascular diseases, infections (which may require antibiotic treatment), chronic inflammatory diseases or certain cancers (e.g. lymphoma). CRP monitoring is a fundamental means of discovering serious conditions at an early stage
HEMO
GLOBIN
FATIQUE AND
IRON DEFICIENCY
Anemia occurs when the body has a decreased level of hemoglobin in the red blood cells. Hemoglobin is the protein in your red blood cells that is responsible for carrying oxygen to the tissues. Iron deficiency is the most common type of anemia and it occurs when the body doesn't have enough of the iron mineral
The body needs iron to make hemoglobin. When there isn't enough iron in the blood stream, the rest of the body can't get the amount of oxygen it needs

PKU
PHENYLALANINE
Phenylketonuria also referred to as PKU, is a rare inherited disorder that causes an amino acid called phenylalanine to build up in the gene that helps create the enzyme needed to break down phenylalanine
Without the enzyme required for breaking down phenylalanine, a dangerous build up can develop when a person with PKU eats food that contains protein or aspartame. This can eventually lead to serious health problems
The treatment ia a lifelong diet. The Egoo PHE test makes it possible to monitor PHE levels each day from home on a daily basis (the first in the world)
ALAT
LIVER HEALTH STATUS
The ALAT test is a blood test
that checks for liver damage or disease. ALAT stands for Alanine aminotransferase. Your liver performs many important tasks for you, the most important thing is cleansing your blood
A low level of ALAT in the blood is expected and is normal. Liver disease is the most common reason for higher than normal levels of ALAT
